Judging Form
Please examine all portfolio materials and review the Judging Procedures. Rank the portfolios before completing the judging results form below.
Once you have viewed each portfolio, rank the portfolios with 1 being your top choice. Complete the selection form to record your results and provide any feedback about the portfolios that we can share later with students to help them improve portfolios for the future consideration.
Each #1 ranking will earn a portfolio 2 points; a #2 ranking earns 1 point.
You may choose only 1 candidate, and leave others unranked, if you deem the other nominees unworthy of recognition.
Once all judges have completed their reviews - or at the judging deadline (whichever comes first) - we will count the points earned by each nominee. The nominee with the most points becomes the leading candidate. If there's not a clear consensus winner from the first round of voting, a second round of voting may be called for and/or deliberations may take place via email, telephone or web/video conference. In the event of a tie after the second round of voting, the nominee selected as the first choice by the most judges will prevail.
Please help students improve these portfolios . The form includes an area for you to submit feedback about how to improve a specific portfolio. MIPA will summarize this feedback for the student staffs of nominees who are not selected this year so that they may submit an improved portfolio in the future.
The information you put on this review form is not directly accessible to the nominee or to the nominee's students.
